Continuously rotating bagging carousel with 4 or 6 filling spouts for 10-50 kg bags. Weighing, filling, compaction and bag transfer take place at separate stations, giving up to about 1,200 bags per hour with no start-stop dead time.
Applications
The Recens® Flour Automatic Bagging Carousel Machine is the filling centre of a high-capacity flour packing line. Four or six filling spouts are carried on a continuously rotating platform: while one bag is being filled, the other spouts are being weighed, compacted and discharged, so there is no start-stop dead time between bags. The whole cycle — weighing, rotation, spout placement, product discharge, compaction and bag clamp/release — is managed electronically by a PLC, which is what allows the machine to hold a steady output hour after hour with only bag-magazine refilling left for the operator.
